Swim Serpentine 22nd September 2018
A huge Congratulations to Karen Matthews for completing the 2 mile open water Serpentine Swim on 22nd September 2018.
It wasn’t just the water that was cold and wet, it was quite a chilly rainy day and Karen did extremely well in completing the swim having only learnt to swim properly 12 month ago!
Whilst the swim itself is a huge achievement and something to be very proud of, Karen also raised £852 for Care For Kids North Devon which is absolutely amazing!
Well done to Karen for all your hard work fundraising and your training efforts in the lead up.
Thank you to everyone who sponsored and to those who came along on the day to watch and show your support.
