Mince Pie Mingle

Mince Pie Mingle campaign

Since 2016 we have been hosting Mince Pie Mingles over the Christmas season. Any one can get involved in this campaign. You can choose to host whatever fundraising event you like. There are no rules or limitation, only requirements are that you have a great time whist raising money for Care for Kids North Devon. The money you raise will go towards providing grants to local families of children with life threatening illness and improving time spent in hospital over Christmas and throughout the year. All funds are used locally in North Devon so you really are Caring for a child close to you.

We support you with your ideas, promotion is needed and fundraising materials to help you put on a great event.

Mince Pie Mingle ideas

You don’t even have to include mince pies. In the passed people have hosted quiz nights, evenings of music/dance, wine and cheese, coffee morning or mince pies and mulled wine nights. Its great if  you want to get your local school involved with a sponsored none uniform day.

Office parties are a great way to fundraise too, Christmas jumper days or bake off style competitions. You can host your event anywhere you like, from you home, place of work, or even book a venue. You can invite as little or as many people as you like, make it your own. The options are endless and we’d love to hear or see any new ideas you have.

Most importantly it’s all about having fun and raising funds and awarness for Care for Kids so we can help the children and families of North Devon who need and really appreciate your support.

We usually begin our campaign Oct/Nov but in the meantime if you have any questions or if you like to plan ahead you can Contact us here

If you have hosted a Mingle already we’d love to see your pictures from all your events so if you don’t mind sharing, you can email them to us or use #MincePieMingleND @CareForKidsND for social media.
