Our fundraising target for 2022/23 is £40,000. For a small charity, this is an ambitious target. Can you help us reach it?

We are entirely self-funded, relying on fundraising, sponsorship and grants to continue our work supporting local families.

Our financial year runs from April to March. Since April we’ve raised £33,636 so we’ve almost reached our target amount. Can you help us raise more? Here’s how you can help us reach our fundraising target.

How you can help

How our funds are spent

We help between 10 and 15 families every year. Each family is awarded an £1,000 grant to help them meet the costs of travel and overnight stays to specialist hospital appointments. We also give discretional grants in exceptional circumstances.

In addition to this, we also support enhancements at the Caroline Thorpe ward. You can find out more about our projects on the ward here.
