Prudential Ride London Surrey 100 is 100-mile cycle. The closed road route begins through the capital, onto Surrey’s stunning countryside, before returning to finish on the Mall. With leg-testing climbs and a route made famous by the world’s best cyclists at the London 2012 Olympics. This ride is truly spectacular event for all involved.

Care for Kids Barnstaple 10k sponsored by Brewer Harding & Rowe solicitors. The 10k will start at Park school on the sports field, and then will meander around the historic Rock Park. The race continues along Taw Vale and the Strand using the Tarka Trail and over the Taw Bridge, which is the steepest part of the course. The race will return back to the town square along the river side and continue back into Rock Park finishing at Park School. The course is predominately off road using the Tarka Trail and public pavements; it is a flat, fast course perfect for a first race as well as an ideal opportunity to gain a personal best. (Approximately measured 10K)
